    Hey Kanupriya, your experiences are really bad. I have not had that bad experience with postal service. But the point you make “Just advertising and promises through communication doesn’t make any sense if the organization is not having the backend to deliver the promise to the customer” is very true. Some time back I went to SBI HITEC City branch and it was hard to understand who would address my problem! And that person too was of no use.

    Nothing but the next instalment of Hindi parochialism served with bigger fonts.
    If they even had a pea sized brain, they would have gone for the native language versions of branding, if at all they wanted to make ‘connections’ with people.
    By the way, what is jansev tak sev? sounds like snacks.
